House Rules & Important Policies
To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone and maintain our community standards, all guests must agree to the following rules prior to arrival:
- The primary renter/guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
- No Pets or smoking
- Guests must sign and return a separate rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
- A $200 damage hold/deposit is required for this reservation.
- Resort Registration & Parking for up to two vehicles are included with your booking.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
