This deluxe two bedroom offers the most stunning of views from the floor to ceiling windows that stretch across the living, dining and kitchen areas. With seating galore, smart TV, plenty of dining seating (table for six plus bar seating), and a well-equipped, modern kitchen with all appliances large and small (including a full pot and single cup coffee maker, blender, toaster) plus all dishware and cookware, you can stay in to nosh as easily as you go out. 

 

Serenity Shores PCB has sleeping for nine guests. The master bedroom has a king bed plus ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity area and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, clothing storage and direct access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We have a cute built-in bunk nook featuring twin over twin beds. And our sofa is a comfy sleeper.

 

For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer (full size) plus high speed fiber internet, and we also provide beach towels for your use so you can save some packing space. 

 

 

 

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes the resort's fee and two parking passes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
